Shipping

We proudly ship our products internationally*, so no matter where your adventures take you, we’ve got you covered. Every shipment is carefully packaged to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, ready to join you out on the water.

No sales or deliveries to the USA and Canada. We are not offering our products for sale or delivery to the USA and Canada at this time. However, we plan to expand our services to these countries in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are actively working to include these destinations among our shipping options soon.

*International deliveries are eligible to the following countries only: Australia, Austria, Argentina, Belgium, Bulgaria, Chile, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United Kingdom, Vietnam.

Shipping Liability

  1. Liability for Shipment:
    SMILE surf wear is not liable for the loss or damage of packages during shipping. In the unfortunate event that your package goes missing, please contact our support team at hello@smile-surfwear.com. We are committed to finding a satisfactory solution for you.
  2. Customs and Duties:
    Please note that delivery delays may occur due to your local customs. If your package is held, it is your responsibility to communicate with customs officials. SMILE surf wear is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred. We recommend checking with your local customs office if your order is not delivered as expected.

Making a Return

Not quite right? Here’s how to send items back to us:

  1. Contact Us: Within 14 days of receiving your product, shoot us an email at hello@smile-surfwear.com. Let us know what you'd like to return and why.
  2. Conditions for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and must still have its tags on.
  3. Return Shipping: Please return the item using your own carrier with a tracking option. We advise choosing a shipping service that insures the package for peace of mind. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Liability: Remember, if the item gets lost in transit back to us, we cannot assume liability.
  5. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.

  • Local Reseller Returns: If you purchased from one of our authorized dealers, you’re welcome to return the item to them directly. The same 14-day period and unused condition policy applies.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@smile-surfwear.com with the subject "DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED". We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards, downloadable software products and used products.

Exceptions

Our refund and return policy is subject to the following exceptions:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
